No doubt, it is a serious case of triple murder but according to the prosecution case itself, no one has seen the actual killing of the deceased. The informant expressed his suspicion against the petitioner only on the ground that prior to the alleged occurrence, the deceased and petitioner were in business of Real Estate and some quarrel had taken place between them and after that, petitioner had given threatening to the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45629 of 2016 (3) dt.01-12-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No. 307 of 2016.
