2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for the relief as

Patna High Court CWJC No.6923 of 2023 dt.18-09-2023 2/2 prayed for in the present writ petition for payment of retiral dues considering the fact that the petitioner was appointed in regular establishment against the vacant post of Section Peon and posted at Public Health Engineering Department (P.H.E.D) on 18.11.2003, the petitioner is entitled for relief in accordance with the Letters Patent Appeal No. 198 of 2016 (The Registrar General, Patna High Court vs. Ram Vyas Dubey and Ors.).

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to make payment of all the retiral dues including pension which is required to be fixed from the date of initial appointment of the petitioner and, accordingly, revised pension by the Accountant General, Bihar within a period of six weeks in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations and directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
