2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.87 of 2024 under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii), 27(a), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against the petitioners against whom there is allegation that recovery of 5.600 Kg Ganja has been recovered from the house of one Ramparvesh Singh where they were tenant. Upon secret information, police team reached and searched then it has been found that 5.600 Kg and one electronic weighing machine have

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners are student and they have not been apprehended from the place of occurrence rather their name have been alleged in the F.I.R. at the instance of police.
5. Counsel also submits that petitioners' antecedent is clean.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that recovery of 5.600 Kg Ganja which is N.D.P.S. material, has been recovered from the room where they were residing.
7. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, therefore the bail application of the petitioners is hereby rejected.
