This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Palasi P.S. Case No.312 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(c) & 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

There is recovery of 77 bottles (total 07 litres and 700 ml.) of cough syrup containing codeine from the courtyard of the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner was not caught on the spot. He is in custody since 03.01.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21259 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No.312 of 2024.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Palasi Police Station, District- Araria on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
