Binita Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 to 4/ officials of Bihar School Examination Board.
The present petition was filed for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of disobedience to an order passed by the writ court in CWJC No. 5670 of 2013. By the said order no positive direction was granted. In this case show cause has also been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3.
Patna High Court MJC No.2215 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 In view of the facts disclosed in the show cause as well as in view of the order passed in the writ petition, I do not find any ground to proceed with the matter.
The petition stands dismissed.
