JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, prior to his death, the deceased disclosed to the informant that FIR named accused Kailash Mandal and Parokhi Mandal had caused injury on his neck by sharp cutting weapon. The informant has levelled allegation against these petitioners only to this extent that prior to alleged occurrence, they as well as other accused had given threatening to the deceased on account of land dispute. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners
