Petitioner is in custody in connection with S T No. 352 of 2013 arising out of Manpur PS Case No. 42 of 2012 for the alleged offence under Sections 148, 149, 379, 384 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as also under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2013 and trial of the case has not yet been concluded, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with S T No. 352 of 2013 arising out of Manpur PS Case No. 42 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77364 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 2012 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be the family member.

The petitioner will appear in the trial court on each and every day of the hearing of the case. In the event of his failure to appear on the date fixed, the court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bond.
