Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Complaint Case No. 1867 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a Director of Nidhi Company and the company was collecting money, though, the Nidhi Company was not authorized by the Central Government. The company of which the petitioner is a director and he is accused of cheating about 2 crore which may increase, if the case is investigated properly.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27050 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
