2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Goroul P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the thrust of accusation is against co-accused Amit Kumar who took the informant's wife away for marriage.

4. Learned APP invites reference to the statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr. P.C. in which she has specifically stated that the petitioner was also accompanied co-accused Amit Kumar in the pick-up van in which she was taken away to Kanti.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
