1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions Commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed by the Respondent no. 3 and 4 vide order dated 07.08.2019 and 10.12.2019 respectively contained in annexure- 1 and 2 of this writ application after cancelling the selection of respondent no.. 7 who has been selected at the age of 42 years in contravention

Patna High Court CWJC No.11437 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 of Clause-3 of the guidelines 2016 meant for selection of Anganwari Sevika under the I.C.D.S. at Centre-72 Gram Panchayat.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Banka, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
