The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation is attributed to him. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 151 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
