Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 67241 of 2019 vide order dated 22.06.2020, and as per that order the petitioner was to surrender within six weeks but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner surrendered before the court below after three months. Though, his bail bond was accepted but the learned court below vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22168 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 order dated 8.09.2020 directed the petitioner to get his bail confirmed by this Court, as such, the petitioner has filed the present petition for confirmation of his bail in compliance of order dated 08.09.2020 of the court below.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 22.06.2020 in Cr. Misc No. 67241 of 2019 is hereby confirmed.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
