JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-01-2015 The petitioner is informant of Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 189 of 2013 dated 25.5.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that the trial of the case is being delayed.

WJC No.166 of 2014 dt.21-01-2015 2 / 2 Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ambika Bhagat, submits that during pendency of the case all the independent prosecution witnesses have already been examined in the Court and now the matter is pending only for the examination of the investigating officer.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-4th, Begusarai to take all possible steps in order to conclude the trial of Sessions Trial No. 685 of 2013 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 189 of 2013 as early as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
