02. 14.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
