On getting confidential information shop of Santosh was raided and during course thereof, five persons were apprehended including the petitioner. On physical search, nothing was found however from the room the articles as per seizure list including one loaded pistol as well as one cartridge were also seized. As per para-3 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 07.06.2016. Petitioner, Rakesh Kumar @ Raja is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
