JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 This case has come up under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the Petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since "30.08.2018", but, due to inadvertence, in paragraph-6 of the bail petition it has wrongly been mentioned that petitioner is in custody since "30.03.2018", on account of which, same mistake has occurred in 4th paragraph of order No. 04 dated 07.03.2019.

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-6 of the bail petition during course of the day.

The 4th paragraph of order No. 04 dated 07.03.2019 is modified to the extent that in place of date of custody since "30.03.2018", let it be read as "30.08.2018".
