This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. According to the complaint petition, a customer service center of the State Bank of India was opened at Goha, Samastipur. Different persons deposited money with the said Bank by opening saving bank account etc. However, the money was not deposited for several days pretending that link is fail. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that true fact is that the co-accused, Chandan Kumar, was the main person, who had asked different depositors to deposit money. After receiving the same from different depositors, Chandan Kumar did not deposit the money with the Bank, as such, the main culprit was Chandan Kumar. No. 740 of 2014 T.R. No. 4098 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Rosera, Samastipur, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
