The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.3290 of 2020 arising out of Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from tempo in question and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery.
