2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed against the order dated 11.09.2013 passed in Trial No.6013 of 2010, arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No.340 of 2011, whereby the court of the Judicial Magistrate, Ara, framed the charge for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused-petitioner.

3. On going through the impugned order, I find no illegality therein amounting to an abuse of the process of the court for interference with the same in an extraordinary jurisdiction of this
