Petitioner is accused in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 134 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 498(A). 494/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
Submission is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence, as alleged in the First Information Report. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49656 of 2016 (2) dt.20-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bhojpr Mahila P.S. Case No.134 of 2015.
