For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nakul Kumar Jamuar, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Manish Kumar-3, A.C. to S.C.-6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents to immediately arrest the respondent no.9, who has been made accused in Kajra P.S. Case No.30 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner apprehends threat at the hands of the respondent no.9 and despite making several representations to the respondents, no action is being taken in the matter.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.191 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has submitted that in course of investigation it transpired that the dispute between the parties is essentially of a civil nature. In that view of the matter, the police have found criminal case to be false and final report in this regard has already been submitted in the court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
