JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed to quash the F.I.R. vide Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2011, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code against six persons, including the petitioner, shown in column No.7 of the F.I.R.

At the length of argument, in presence of learned counsel for O.P. No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise the defence/points in trial Court at appropriate stage. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with aforesaid liberty.
