JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is contended that the petitioner along with two others caught hands of the deceased, whereas, co-accused Satyendra Chaudhary has given spade blow on the head of the deceased which has caused the injury resulting in his death. It is urged that the co-accused Arjun Chaudhary has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3830 of 2015 (Annexure-2) and the petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45580 of 2016 (2) dt.25-10-2016 2/2 petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.80 of 2013.
