The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case no. 204 of 2014 registered under Section 341, 323, 498(A), 387, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3/4 of D.P. Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage of the petitioner was performed with Rina Devi, O.P. No. 3, daughter of informant O.P No. 2 Phul Kumari, who was mentally ill. Latter on, the marriage of the petitioner was performed with her another daughter, namely, Kajal Kumari, O.P. No. 4 at the instance of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46965 of 2015 (3) dt.28-01-2016 2/2 O.P. No. 2 Phool Kumari Devi, mother of Rina Devi and Kajal Kumari and due to misunderstanding, the O.P. No.2 Phool Kumari Devi filed the Complaint Case No. 1500 of 2014. Now the misunderstanding has been removed and the petitioner is living along with O.P Nos. 3 and 4, Rina Devi and Kajal Kumari, respectively.

Sri Rajeev Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. Nos. 2 to 4 submits that now the dispute in between the petitioner and O.P No. 2 to 4 has been settled and petitioner is living along with his both wives, namely, Rina Devi and Kajal Kumari, who is O.P No. 3 and 4 in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Ajay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, in connection with Benipatti P.S.
