Petitioner is accused in connection with Kurhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2016 registered under Sections 356, 379 and 34 of the I.P.C. and later on, section 392 of the I.P.C. was added.

Some unknown criminals snatched the Tempo of the informant. The recovery was made from other co-accused, who has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court, vide Cr. Misc. No. 27088 of 2016 on 30.08.2016, as per para-10 of the bail petition. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the petitioner in connection with some other cases, which were also against unknown criminals.
