2. The petitioners seek bail in Nawada P.S. Case No. 712 of 2025 dated 30.10.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 85, 3(5) BNS 2023 and Sections 2, 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Later on section 80 read with 3(5) of B.N.S. was also added.

3. The allegation is that the daughter of the informant was married to son of the petitioners in November, 2024. On information that she has been killed, they went to her place. The case is of suspected poisoning.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband is in custody. He further submits that the petitioners are in laws and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is also submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 19.12.2025 and they have no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering that the husband is in custody and the petitioners are in custody since 19.12.2025 having no criminal antecedents and allegations against them are general and omnibus this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 712 of 2025.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed
