BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The present in the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "A. A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order/orders, direction quashing the demand notice as contained in Letter No.684 dated 20.01.2023 by which the petitioner and others have been directed to deposit the outstanding dues of Rs.14,28,052.190/- as on 08.09.2022 with interest till re-payment in which the land and building situated at Mauja Lodipur, Minapur, Hajipur, Survey Ward No.17, Municipal Ward No.29, Thana No. 187, Khesra 378, Khata 238, District Vaishali admeasuring 4.65 decimal which has been mortgaged through a registered mortgage deed no. 31 dated 04.01.2021, Book No. 1, Jild No. 1, Page No. 284-292 in favour of Allahabad Bank (Now Indian Bank) APMC Bagmali, Hajipur.
B. A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/orders, direction commanding the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6150 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 respondent for the following:- (I) To direct the respondent to settle the matter with the petitioner and allow her to make payments in monthly instalments.
C. To any other relief/reliefs the petitioners may entitled to.
2. The present petition is not maintainable since petitioner has statutory remedy before the competent forum.
