Accordingly, the appeal, against the judgment and decree dated 06.05.1992 passed in Title Appeal No.43 of 1989 by Shri Rajendra Prasad Rai, Additional District Judge-XII, Patna, reversing the judgment and decree dated 25.02.1989 passed by Shri R.C. Mishra, Munsiff-I, Patna, in Title Suit No.14 of 1986, is disposed of as withdrawn.
