JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. No doubt, some injuries were found on the person of the deceased but investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and, moreover, the mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Session trial no. 530 of 2016 arising out Pirpaiti P.S.Case No.334 of 2015.
