Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, registered under Sections 332, 333, 353 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 30(a), 41 and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016 pending in the court of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26338 of 2020(2) dt.13-11-2020 2/2 learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj.
The prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by this Court, on merit, on 17.10.2019 vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62460 of 2019, I find no any ground to reconsider the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is, again, rejected.
