Petitioners seek bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 registered under Sections- 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are neither named accused in the present case nor anything has been recovered from their possession. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent except Chand P.S. Case No. 5 of 2016 in which they are on bail. It is also submitted that co-accused namely, Sahid Kharwar, who
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49094 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 disclosed the name of this petitioner, has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 19665 of 2016. It is further submitted that petitioners are in jail since 13.09.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case specially the fact that co-accused has been granted bail by this Court, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Chand P.S.
