The petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

1410 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Bolero vehicle.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2021. Investigation is complete.
