2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 and 397 of the Indian Penal code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Bittu Kumar alleged that on 03.10.2023 at 4.35 AM, while he was dropping his maternal cousin, Suraj Kumar Mahto at the railway station, in the meantime, he was intercepted by all F.I.R., named accused person who attacked him and his friend, Amit and snatched their phones and cash of Rs. 30,000/- . It is further alleged that on 04.10.2023 at about 4.35 PM, when informant along with his uncle revisited the spot and caught two

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to oblique motives. In fact, petitioner and informant are resident same colony and they have previous dispute regarding money transaction and as per allegation informant was looted by four persons but he didn't recognize anyone and on the next day of incident, he and other residents of colony apprehended two of the accused who implicated the name of this petitioner in order to pressurize him not to ask for money which has been lent by him to informant.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and there is specific allegation against the petitioner that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed robbery of Rs. 30,000/- and three mobile phones on the point of knife. Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
