The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 420, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 67 of Information Technology Act.
The prosecution case is that the informant's video clipping was taken by Vishal Kumar while she was staying in Delhi. Subsequently, Vishal Kumar shown the video clipping to the mother of the informant and pressurized her to get informant married with her. It is alleged that on 05.07.2015 the petitioner and others wanted to take the informant to Delhi when the villagers came then Vishal Kumar given life
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45343 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 threatening to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 05.07.2015 the FIR was registered on 10.07.2015. The thrust of accusation is against Vishal Kumar.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mahila (Bhabua) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
