====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 354/34 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that on the date of occurrence while daughter of the informant was going for coaching, three boys riding on Motorcycle came and caught her hand. They tried to forcibly drag her towards Motorcycle. She raised alarm and then villagers arrived. One person was apprehended who disclosed his name as Prabhat Kumar Ram @ Prabhat Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the instant case because some altercation

Petitioner is in custody since 9.10.2018 having clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 330 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
