2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 335 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that on 24.11.2025 the informant was returning to his CSP Center after withdrawing Rs. 3,50,000/- from the Central Bank of India. It is further alleged that three unknown miscreants intercepted him, threatened him with fire arm and forcibly snatched his bag containing cash along with his bike.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has

Learned counsel also submits that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. During the course of investigation, the police has apprehended this petitioner on the basis of suspicion; thereafter, this petitioner has given his confessional statement. He also submits that save and accept the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. No recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Aakash Kumar and Abhishek Mishra have been granted bail by the learned coordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 10952 of 2026 and 9155 of 2026 respectively. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 02.12.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and submits that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of one case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
