It has been submitted by learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State of Bihar that this Court's order, dated 14.07.2014, passed in CWJC No. 22183 of
Patna High Court MJC No.4925 of 2014 (6) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 2011 has since been complied with. It has, accordingly, been submitted that non-implementation of this Court's order, dated 14.07.2014, was not a deliberate inaction on the part of the District Magistrate, Kishanganj, considering his consequent conduct.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner accepts that this Court's order, dated 14.07.2014, violation of which has been complained in the present contempt application, has been fully complied with. Considering the above, the instant proceeding stands dropped.
