This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pipra PS Case No. 51 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 414, 413, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has been made accused in the instant case in connection with seizure of one stolen motor cycle. Learned counsel further submits that name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Sampat Lal Yadav and Md. Muzahid Alam. Learned counsel also submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III, Supaul in connection with Pipra PS Case No. 51 of 2018.
