Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Pirpainti P. S. Case no. 46 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the uncle of the deceased Rekha Kumari. It is submitted that Rekha Kumari aged about 14 years, who happened to be niece of the petitioner, and committed suicide while she was cooking in her house and the wife of the petitioner Salita Devi came there and abused her in presence of her parents and on account of such abuse, she committed suicide and died in way to hospital.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.22182 of 2017 (2) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur, in connection with Pirpainti P. S. Case no. 46 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (S. Kumar, J) sudip/- U T
