The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 355 of 2013 arising out of Mahila P.S. (Saran) Case No. 6 of 2013 registered under Sections 498-A, 494, 323, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Regard being had to the judgment dated 20th May, 2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M. Saran at Chapra in Trial No. 2084 of 2011 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2008 as contained in Annexure-2 to the application, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46346 of 2014 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a priod of four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 355 of 2013 (arising out of Mahila P.S.
