Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. During investigation, none of the witnesses has supported the prosecution case. No material has come during investigation against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is named in the first information report with direct allegations. Materials have come during investigation to suggest complicity of this petitioner in the alleged crime.
