====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE And HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 10-01-2017 The petitioner has invoked the public interest writ jurisdiction of this Court for directing the respondents to implement the terms and conditions of the Central Board of Secondary Education Affiliation Bye Laws.
The petitioner is, in fact, a former Principal of R.D. Public School, Vaishali. The grievance of the petitioner is
Patna High Court CWJC No.14912 of 2015 (3) dt.10-01-2017 2/2 against that school, particularly in respect of payment of salary etc. It appears that the petitioner has invoked public interest jurisdiction of this Court on account of personal grievance against a school. We find that such petition lacks bonafide and is to settle personal issues under the garb of public interest. We do not find any merit in the present writ application. The same is dismissed.
