The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2021 in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 510 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the period of custody and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, the present bail application is allowed.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, XIII, Patna, in connection with Ram Krishna
