2. The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 379 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 166, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioners are ayurvedic doctors having valid degree. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing death of the patient as they had performed surgery.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are qualified BA MS doctors, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 379 of 2023 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
6. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioners will give an undertaking that they will not perform any surgery in future.
