JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.2.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 7360 of 2017 by which the petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.

It has been submitted that due to serious illness of the petitioner, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within aforesaid period and hence, this modification application. In such circumstances, petitioner is given four weeks' further time to surrender before the court below on the same terms and conditions of the order dated 22.2.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 7360 of 2017.

This modification application stands allowed. Let this order be communicated to the court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23526 of 2017 (2) dt.17-05-2017 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No.144 of 2016.
