Petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No.221 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016 (Amendment Act, 2018).

37.8 liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner while the petitioner was carrying the same in a bag. Petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2018 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.221 of 2018.
