JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard Sri Suneil Kumar Thakur, learned counsel petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner who is in custody since 18.7.2016 in Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No. 266 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 47A of the Excise Act and Section 57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of about few liters of foreign liquor petitioner has been detained.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner Ranveer Choudhary @ Ranveer Chaudharid be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like
