Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including these petitioners inflicted dagger blow and assaulted with lathi on the waist of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as per FIR, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have inflicted dagger blow and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted with lathi on the waist of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury.

Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 258 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
