JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed against the order dated 25.11.2013 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas in Cr.Misc.No. 128 of 2013, arising out of Complaint Case No. 705 of 2011 by which he has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner. In this case several times this Court has tried to settle the dispute between the petitioner and opposite party No.2 for reconciliation but all efforts have failed.
