In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kurhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 108/2016 registered for offences under sections 392 of 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the allegation, by sprinkling the chilly powder the vehicle was looted and as the vehicle was fitted with the G.P.S the petitioner and two other accused persons were arrested. In such view of the matter, at present this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months in jail-custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
